Gabourey Sidibe's Mom Wows America's Got Talent Judges with Singing Skills

Gabourey Sidibe isn't the only star in her family.

The Precious star's mother, Alice Tan Ridely, left the America's Got Talent crowd and judges floored during her audition, which aired Tuesday night.

Ridely, who prefaced the performance by telling the judges she has been singing in the subways for 20 years, belted out a soulful version of Etta James' "At Last" as the crowd rose to their feet with applause.

Judges Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne and Howie Mandel all praised the moving performance, and each agreed that Ridely should move on to the next round in Las Vegas.
