Tonight's TV Hot List: Friday, Feb. 5, 2010 - Featured

* Ghost Whisperer (8/7c CBS)

Comedian Margaret Cho guest stars as a teacher in a humorless situation. Cho plays Ned's occult-anthropology professor, who is being followed by a secret admirer. Sure, that happens occasionally to teachers...except that this admirer is dead.

* Smallville (8/7c The CW)

In a special two-hour episode, Clark and Chloe set out to save the Justice League of America from the murderous Icicle (Wesley MacInnes). After Clark and Chloe reunite reclusive JLA members Dr. Fate (Brent Stait), Hawkman (Michael Shanks) and Star Girl (Britt Irvin), the group works together to avoid tragedy. They might also want to check in on Lois, who has come to the attention of Amanda Waller (Pam Grier), head of the mysterious Checkmate agency.

* Caprica (9/8c Syfy)

Yes, there's a lumbering Cylon in the cast, but the spin-off pushes away from Battlestar Galactica and steps closer to The Sopranos when the perturbed Adama brothers pay Daniel a visit. But the Graystone abuse doesn't stop there - it turns out that Caprica's paparazzi and pundits are just as vicious as the ones on Earth, and Amanda's public admission about Zoe didn't do the family any favors.

* Numb3rs (10/9c CBS)

At the end of last week's episode, a bearded Larry (Peter MacNicol) emerged from the desert looking like a hobo. Tonight, he returns to campus, where Charlie finds him on an office floor. Hopefully, he sticks around awhile and doesn't abruptly disappear again. As for the main case, jewel thieves target a televised awards ceremony, where they steal millions in gems during the broadcast. Marilu Henner, William Katt and Stephen Spinella guest star.

* SOS Saving OurSelves: Help for Haiti (8/7c BET, MTV, VH1)

George Clooney's Hope for Haiti Now telethon has raised more than $66 million since it aired two weeks ago. Organizers of this benefit concert hope to similarly inspire viewers to dig deep into their own pockets and donate to organizations providing immediate relief in Haiti, including Yele Haiti, Project Medishare and Children's Safe Drinking Water. Diddy, Queen Latifah and Pharrell host this celebrity telethon, which includes performances by Wyclef Jean, Justin Bieber, Mary J. Blige, Ludacris and Robin Thicke. Karen Andzejewicz
