* 30 Rock (9:31 pm/ET NBC)
Tick tock. Tick tock. The sound you hear is Mizz Liz's biological clock. The TGS den mom wants to be a real mom, and her baby fever rises to new levels when she chums up to a pregnant teenage donut-shop staffer in a bid to adopt her baby. Meanwhile, at 30 Rock, Jenna pushes for more attention as her birthday approaches. Forget the birthday candles - there'll be enough flare-ups when her party is planned with one for Tracy. In Jack's world, the controlling bigwig participates in a guys' night out, only to connect with Frank over their "daddy issues." John Lithgow and Patti LuPone guest star.
* American Idol (8 pm/ET Fox)
The Top 12 contingent is shaping up - and will be in complete form after tonight's show. Our dirty dozen includes Alexis Grace, Michael Sarver, Danny Gokey, Allison Iraheta, Kris Allen and Adam Lambert, plus last night's winners from the final pool of semifinalists. It's the wild, wild west tonight: A wild-card installment features the judges' favorite remaining contestants in competition for the last coveted positions.
* CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (9 pm/ET CBS)
Dreams really do come true! Just ask Taylor Swift. The chart-busting country singer recently revealed in a TV interview that her "dream is to die on CSI." She gets her wish on tonight's emotion-packed episode in which she plays Haley Jones, a troubled teen with an identity crisis who is murdered in the parking lot of a seedy motel. While the story pivots on Swift's character, she's underused in the hour but still manages to make a strong impression. The real standout is George Eads as Nick, who battles conflicting emotions over whether he could have prevented Haley's death.
* Burn Notice (10 pm/ET USA)
Michael makes a play for his freedom in tonight's season finale as he tries to escape Carla's grasp. After weeks of pressure from her to catch his would-be killer, he's ready for a showdown. He also learns some surprising information from Victor after capturing him to get some answers. But will he like what he hears?
* Randy Jackson Presents: America's Best Dance Crew (10 pm/ET MTV)
Despite having a stellar season, the Fly Khicks were eliminated last week, squashing any hopes for an all-female finale. The ladies of the Beat Freaks are still in the running to be the first female crew to take the top prize, but the heavily favored Quest Crew could stand in their way. The polls are closed, so now all everyone can do is keep their fingers crossed. By the end of the night, one crew will walk away with the coveted title of America's Best Dance Crew and a cool $100,000 cash prize, and the other crew will just walk away.
