Pinhead is coming back to tear your soul apart.
Bloody-Disgusting reports that Aussie actress Peta Wilson (TV's first La Femme Nikita) will appear in Hellraiser: Revelations, a low-budget sequel based on the Clive Barker creation. A remake was previously in the works.
B-D says Revelations "will follow two friends who unleash Pinhead (who becomes their master of pain). Apparently, one of the friends has a change of heart. He backs out on his oath hoping to swap himself out with one of his friend's family members." Wilson will play the mom of one of the kids.
ShockTillYouDrop.com says Hellraiser: Revelations will shoot this September, and that Pinhead actor Doug Bradley will not reprise his role as the cenobite leader.
Special effects artist-screenwriter Gary Tunnicliffe penned the script and Victor Garcia (Mirrors 2) will direct for The Weinstein Company.
Wilson's other credits include The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and Superman Returns.
