'The Huckabee Show' Headed to Syndication in Six-Week Test Run

A failed presidential contender is getting a syndicated Fox talk show, and the person's name is not Sarah Palin.

Mike Huckabee, the former governor of Arkansas whose 2008 bid for the Republican presidential nomination came up short, will host a six-week preview of 'The Huckabee Show' on Fox in seven markets, according to TV News Check. The preview will kick off on Jul. 26.

The format will be similar to Huckabee's weekly Fox News Channel show, which features topical discussion and celeb interviews in front of a live audience. Huckabee, himself a musician, usually closes each Fox News Channel show with a jam with his band, the Little Rockers.
