NBC Continues to Be Lame When it Comes to Scrubs

We already witnessed how NBC totally screwed up the Scrubs finale on the network (it was a cute episode...but it was aired completely out of order and made no sense).

Well...NBC is continuing to do their darndest to wrong Scrubs - and it isn't even on their network anymore!

For the show's series finale (to be aired along with the final season on ABC this Spring), creator Bill Lawrence is rounding up all of the show's notable former guest stars to do something special.

However, two that will be missing are Masi Oka (Heroes) and Sarah Lancaster (Chuck). Says Lawrence, "They both wanted to do it, but NBC said they weren't allowed to."

I get that NBC is bitter about the move, but NBC never did right by Scrubs anyway (always moving it around on the schedule, etc.). And so it continues...

Am I to understand that there's going to be a new episode coming? I hope so. I loved the show but the ending was weak.

To the above (Angie.4200): There's a new season but it's over on abc instead. Says in the post - (to be aired along with the final season on ABC this Spring)
I remember the last finale and the feeling that we'd all been ripped off by NBC, thankfully they're getting this second chance where they'll get to do it right.Scrubs deserves a good send off.

This just shows why NBC is one of the weakest networks. They always screwed Scrubs over, I have to think they probably just did not like Bill Lawrence but come on, this show was on your network for 7 years, it is not there fault you did not know what you had when it was there, and now NBC has passed on continuing it. They probably realized how good it was after seeing just how many networks were putting it into sindication. In the US, scrubs reruns are on without exaggeration, 7 or 8 times a day on various channels. So just cause NBC tried and tried to screw it over time and time again, and it is still a great show in spite of NBC's best efforts, they should get over it. Fire your executive or something, but do not play these little kids games over a great show that NBC was either to aggrogent or to stupid to realize what they had.

I can't believe how ridiculous NBC is being about this. This is just juvenile; they didn't cherish scrubs enough and ended up giving it to ABC but now they realise what a good and famous show it is!? Simply ridiculous.
