It's awesome to see Jemaine nominated for Flight of the Conchords! Unfortunately, I don't think he will, or should as much as I love him, beat Steve Carell or Alec Baldwin, but the nomination is still great. Otherwise, I'm pretty pleased with the nominations except for Entourage since I think it slipped massively last season.

where is the love for January Jones for her work on Mad Men??? I'm geeked that Elizabeth Moss was nominated this time, but her peak to me was defiantly the 1st season, January Jones stole this last season and should have been recognized. Her character as the confused housewife was so complex and really interesting to watch... im really getting tired of seeing some of the same people get nominated.. Mariska is amazing, but she already won many times and its time to recognized other amazing females on television.... same goes to the men.... Hugh Laurie, william shatner, and Tony Shalab.. why every year???

ps. i also feel like a few shows was able to come back to great writing and should have been recognized as well.. Desperate Housewives came back strong after really lagging, and each episode was interesting and thrilling, this could have easily replaced Entourage or weeds for best comedy.. not a big fan of Nicolette Sheridan, but she performed her career off in that last season..

The Emmys have lost almost all their credibility in my eyes for nominating entourage for best comedy series ahead of chuck considering the poor quality of last season relative to previous seasons.Other nomination which i cannot believe are the nominations of sarah silverman for her performance in her show ahead of yvonne strahovski from chuck and charlie sheen for best actor in a comedy instead of Zachary Levi considering I was under the impression you had to act in order to win an emmy.Friday Night lights has been snubbed again despite its best season in two years, connie britton performance in this show has again lacked the recognition it deserves along with kyle chandler.
