It's interesting to see Ann (Rashida Jones) become infatuated with Andy (Chris Pratt) again. I mean, honestly, I just assume, and project, that she finds Mark to be as boring as the rest of us do at this point. It's hard to tell if her rekindled "interest" in Andy is a reaction to his friendship with April, but it wasn't really until "Park Safety" that Ann realized how much Andy had changed. The trick here is that Andy's new-found generous spirit is for a girl that he doesn't consider to be his girlfriend. But maybe he subconsciously likes April (Aubrey Plaza) and is too dense to notice. I suppose I can buy Ann's "caretaker"-side wanting to dote on a big, dumb lummox. She knows exactly what she's getting herself into though, even describing being Andy's girlfriend as also being his mother and his maid. It's just weirdly wonderful to see a character on a network comedy who prefers to be in a sweet, yet un-advantageous, relationship with a guy who needs to be babied - and not in one with the well-intentioned, nice guy of the group.
