I am pretty scathingly angry right now.
Warner Brothers announced today that Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will not be released until Summer 2009.
It previously had a release date set for November 18, 2008.

In summary, Warner Brothers thinks the summer is a better time for this type of family release (re: it will make more money). They also attempt to shift some blame on repercussions from the writer's strike.
