Woody Allen has found his newest leading men in Josh Brolin and Anthony Hopkins. The actors are the first to be cast in Allen's new ensemble film, Variety reports.
In typical cryptic Allen fashion, details, including the film's title, are hard to come by - though it may be just a matter of time before his go-to gal, Scarlett Johansson, joins the cast.
This will be Brolin's second project with the writer-director, following 2004's Melinda and Melinda. Hopkins is working with Allen for the first time.
Allen's most recent film, Vicky Cristina Barcelona, earned Penelope Cruz an Oscar nomination for best supporting actress. His next movie, Whatever Works, is slated for a summer release.
Production on the new film will start this summer in London.
