The Girls Next Door: Kendra Wilkinson Apologizes for Bashing Kate Gosselin's 'Dancing'

On another round of reality TV celebrities versus their own kind, The Girls Next Door and Kendra star Kendra Wilkinson cleared up her statement regarding Kate Gosselin. The mom of one said last Wednesday that she couldn't believe the Jon and Kate Plus 8 star would leave her kids behind to practice for Dancing with the Stars.

For her appearance on NBC's Today Show, the 24-year-old Kendra Wilkinson said: "I just told my publicist, if I were asked to go on Dancing With the Stars, I don't think I'd do it. I would definitely say no to it, because I am that mom that wants to be there every step. I don't want to spend three months away from my baby. I just couldn't do that."

Several reports assumed that the Girls Next Door celebrity criticized Kate Gosselin for her decision to leave her brood in Philadelphia to rehearse with Dancing partner Tony Dovolani. But ever the one to do rumor control, Kendra clarified her words.

"Man, I could never leave my baby for that long. That's all I was trying to say. I couldn't. There's no way!" she told Us Weekly. "I have separation anxiety really bad. Even three days here in New York. Every time [husband] Hank sends me a video, I cry."
