Brittany Murphy died early on Sunday after going into full cardiac arrest, TMZ.com reports.

A 911 call originated from her home at 8 a.m., according to the website. Murphy was then transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and pronounced dead on arrival.
Authorities did not immediately return phone calls.
The 32-year-old actress was 14 when she nabbed her first gig in Hollywood, starring as Brenda Drexwell in the series Drexell's Class. Her breakout role came in 1995, when she starred opposite Alicia Silverstone in Clueless. The next several years brought Girl, Interrupted (1999), Don't Say a Word (2001), 8 Mile (2002) and Sin City (2005).
