TV ratings: Golden Globes up over last year and NFL playoffs boost CBS Sunday [Updated]


Fast National ratings for Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013UPDATE: Time-zone adjusted ratings have the Golden Globes at 19.7 million viewers and a 6.4 rating in adults 18-49, an improvement of 17 percent in viewers and 28 percent in the 18-49 demo vs. last year's show. The numbers are the best for the Globes since 2007.Ratings for the Golden Globes, hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, improved by a good amount over last year, giving NBC a victory in adults 18-49 Sunday night. CBS, however, led the night in viewers, thanks to big numbers for an NFL playoff game that ate up the first hour of primetime.ABC's originals suffered opposite the Globes, as both "Once Upon a Time" and "Revenge" slipped from last week.
