Starts off a touch off. Shakey cam overuse. A bit to little grit, and the characters felt wonkey. By episode 5 the story really fleshes out, the intrigue and side stories and characters begin to truly develop and the story holds its own. You will have to suspend disbelief sometimes, for those of you that will hang your hat on some rather complicated sunglasses via episode 3 but that type of thing doesn't bother me.Another thing that is not bothersome is the wealth of cleavage, so much cleavage.
It becomes exciting and well written and every character finds their niche. If you cant like it after 8 episodes i think that you wont.
My favorite aspect of the show is that you are not treated like a moron. When things get complicated and there are a lot of plates spinning the show doesn't constantly remind you of the situation via wasted dialog and it also doesn't have their solutions come from a place of suspect serendipity.
Update @ Season 2 Close. 28/03/15:: The show is amazing. All the actors are well into their characters. And the finale was amazeballs.
Update @ Season 3 Close :: This show gets better every season and again they turned out another epic-ally shot, wonderfully acted, ingeniously written piece. I am sad season four will be its last. This has been a real treat.
