'Survivor's' Jeff Probst: 'Reynold, Malcolm and Eddie are scrambling'

Wednesday's (April 10) episode of "Survivor: Caramoan" had quite the crazy Tribal Council, with Malcolm getting Reynold to give him his Hidden Immunity Idol, despite Malcolm having his own that no one knows about. Malcolm then played Reynold's Idol for himself, yet didn't need to because Michael was sent packing. Crazy. Host Jeff Probst tells EW that this is hardly the last crazy Tribal Council we're going to see this season. "This is one of the big differences between Malcolm and Ozzy, with whom he is often compared. He learned a lot from playing the first time and he's putting it to use," says Probst. "I don't think it says anything negative about Reynold. Reynold, Malcolm and Eddie are scrambling, and from Reynold's point of view it was a risky but worthy move. I love it when Tribal gets crazy. This isn't the last crazy Tribal Council we'll have!"Maybe the unsung hero of the episode...

'Survivor: Caramoan': Malcolm and Reynold's bro-down hoedown

In the "Survivor" previouslies, they act like the Corinne blindside is the biggest thing that's ever happened. Let's hope not, because if so -- this season is going to go downhill (even moreso than it already is). MadelineThe next morning, Phillip feels like he's sitting pretty, but so does Reynold. Well, one of them is going to be disappointed by episode's end. Malcolm preens a bit and he, in fact, does seem to be sitting the prettiest. It'll be interesting to see if another big move goes down, or if somebody boring like Sherri is voted out tonight. Later, it ... is Phillip hitting on Sherri? Lordy. He assigns her a name for "Stealth R Us" -- "Tenacity." She privately thinks it's absolutely bonkers, but she knows it's in her best interest to go along with "her Shamar" on this tribe. Hee. Maybe Sherri is actually like a double-secret-probation awesome player.Reward ChallengeIt's five-on-five in a...

Survivor's Corinne Slams Phillip: "I Call Him 'The Living Miscarriage' — He Shouldn't Have Made It"

For once, we saw a really GOOD episode of Survivor: Caramoan. Last night's merge had strategy, humor, gross eating, and a blindside for Corinne Kaplan. It was everything great about Survivor. The only downside is we won't get to hear more one-liners from Corinne, or more of her feud with Phillip Sheppard. Brandon Hantz already slammed Phillip on and off the show, but Corinne can't stand Phillip either. As she told Entertainment Weekly in their podcast, “I don’t have...

Survivor: Who Got Blindsided After the Merge?

Oh, the Survivor merge. A game-changer if there ever was one. And this season's didn't disappoint, as it resulted in an elimination that it's safe to say hardly anyone saw coming.

'Survivor: Caramoan' food-eating challenge includes beetle larvae and pig brains

Check out these sneak peek photos of the "Survivor: Caramoan" food-eating challenge this week. The tribes have merged and the first individual Immunity Challenge involves choking down things like beetle larvae and pig brains, which are considered "local delicacies." We can't wait! It's also fun that the episode title is "Blindside Time" -- "All bets are off when Bikal and Gota merge, as castaways reunite to plot a potential blindside in the new tribe. " Who do you suppose is getting blindsided? Based on last week's episode, we think Malcolm might want to watch his back. Watch the sneak peek videos below for a clip of the episode and a behind-the-scenes look at this week's challenge. The "Dream Team" is the dress rehearsal crew for the challenge, eating things like grubs and balut (a boiled, fertilized duck egg, which is one thing we think we would balk at eating)."Survivor" airs Wednesday nights at 8 p.m....
