In each episode, the cast competed in a challenge, and the top three Real World and top three Road Rules teams would become the "Inner Circle" and have the power to vote off teams. The "Inner Circle" was determined by a cumulative score that would be tallied on a leader board. The final six teams would compete for a final prize worth $300,000.

The day has arrived...tis the day of the Final Mission. Each of the teams wake up nervous yet excited to win the handsome reward. The Road Rules team wonders what the last mission will be, Emily hopes it has nothing to do with luck, cause she doesn't believe it's fair to win $300,000 off luck. They discuss the deals they have, we learn there is a deal between- Emily & Elka Theo & Mike Tara & Danny Timmy & Kelley Dan & Sean The only two not to reach a agreement is Holly & Coral. Coral has tried, but Holly denied cause she believes she'll put 100% in this final mission and take the money home. The vans pick them up bright and early and they arrive at the final mission site. As the Ultimate Teams, Sean & Elka and Theo & Holly must deligate the rest of their teams during each part of the final mission. They also learn that the Ultimate Team that wins the final mission will not just get the $50,000 each but they also will each get a 2002 Saturn Vue SUV. They are given their final mission. PART 1: Relay Race First team will kayak out, unhook two fish from a buoy, then kayak out to the boat. Then, the second team will dive about 15 feet down, and unhook two fish from the bottom. Last team will long-board into the shore and collect two fish on the way. PART 2: Fishhook Puzzle The teams must figure out the brain puzzle consisting of moving the fish they collected in a certain order from one pole to another. PART 3: Rope Ladder All the teams must climb a rope ladder that is draped over a cliff. Then lastly, run across the finish line. The Real World team already starts to freak out, cause they realize how physical this last mission is, and they know Road Rules is alot stronger then they are. Holly believes they have a very good chance at winning it, but she believes it's not completely in the bag. Danny & Kelley and Timmy & Emily are chosen to do the kayaking. Emily & Timmy are smoking the other team, they reach the first buoy first. But they can't get the first hook off, they fight and fight with it as Danny & Kelly catch up and unhook theirs very easily. Real World is now in the lead but chaos occurs on the boat as they prepare to have Sean & Elka dive. During the chaos, Emily & Timmy kayak up putting both teams even again. Dan & Tara dive down to get their fish and unhook both very easily, while Elka has to take several dives to unhook hers. Theo & Holly take off on their longboards to collect their fish with Mike & Coral a pretty good distance behind. The Road Rules team drops a fish off their board and Theo must swim back and get it. Road Rules makes it back to shore, while Mike & Coral are still pretty far back. As the Road Rules team struggle with the fish puzzle, Real World catches up and starts the puzzle. Road Rules bicker and fight over which way the puzzle should go, but Real World team just sits back, thinks, and looks at the puzzle. Mike out of nowhere gets the solution in his head and they solve the puzzle in seconds. The whistle blows for them to go on, and the Real World team takes off toward the rope ladder. Road Rules pretty much knows they screwed up and lost the mission. Real World crosses the finish line and become the $300,000 grand prize winners. They all hug in celebration. Sean claims Mike as the MVP for figuring out that puzzle so quickly. The Road Rules team finish the puzzle and cross the finish line as a proud second place team. They all hug eachother as Mark and Eric present the Real World with the grand prize checks. Sean & Elka as the Ultimate Team are also given their 2002 Saturn Vues SUVs. Holly sits off alone cause she just wants to calm down before she says something she doesn't mean. Coral brags to the camera that Holly didn't want to split with her, now she is going home with the full $50,000. Theo and Mike talk about how great of a competition it was, as we see flashbacks of all the missions, contestants, hurricanes, and just plain fun they all had.
