"The Glee Project" will find and train a group of phenomenally talented performers who will compete against each other to win a role on the hottest show on television. From thousands of entries, and after a nationwide talent search, Robert Ulrich, the casting director for "Glee," will uncover a unique group of artists from both professional and amateur backgrounds. In the true spirit of "Glee," every underdog who has been waiting for the right opportunity to showcase his/her talent now has a fighting chance.
