Janie Reveals Her Dark Secret Past to Maureen on 'The Playboy Club' (VIDEO)

Secrets abound at 'The Playboy Club' (Mon., 10PM ET on NBC), but none more dangerous or looming than the murder of the city's mob boss in the pilot. So when an undercover reporter is caught masquerading as a Bunny at the Club, Nick and Maureen are obviously concerned. When she prints the first part of a two-part story in the paper revealing that there's a murderer at the Playboy Club, they're positively terrified. Nick goes down as the club's legal representation to get a handle on it before the reveal, while Maureen stumbles upon a reveal of her own.

The Playboy Club 1.03 Promo and Synopsis: A Matter of Simple Duplicity

The Playboy Club ended its second episode with Alice's husband Sean approaching Nick to "apply" for a spot as his campaign manager, Carol-Lynne taking Nick back (while threatening Maureen), and Maureen narrowly avoiding being found out as the person who took out Bruno Bianchi. After the pilot established the setting/atmosphere and the second episode brought out a little dimension in the bunnies, the third episode, "A Matter of Simple Duplicity", now faces the task of moving the story forward and adding a little bit more tension to the proceedings.
