'The Astronomical Kid' Says 'X Factor' Fight With Simon Cowell Was Scripted (VIDEO)

Brian Bradley, aka The Astronomical Kid, the 14-year-old 'X-Factor' contestant who got into a confrontation with Simon Cowell after performing his song 'Stop Looking at My Mom!,' dropped by 'Good Day NY' (weekdays, 9 AM ET on Fox) to squash the beef. Actually, Bradley said the whole thing was a scripted set-up. As Simon was judging him after his performance, The Astronomical Kid cut him off, saying "Yo, what is your problem, man? Are you serious?" He told Cowell he was lucky they weren't in the streets "because if we was in the streets, this is what I'd say to you. Soundman, drop that," and then transitioned into his next song.

Tiah Tolliver Tries to Win Over the Girls on the Panel on 'The X Factor' (VIDEO)

Moving onto the Boot Camp phase of 'The X Factor' (Wed., 8PM ET on FOX), Tiah Tolliver had something to prove to the women on the panel. Neither Paula Abdul nor Nicole Scherzinger initially voted to even allow her past that initial audition, citing her inability to stay in key. But Simon Cowell just saw something in her, and he was vindicated in the group rounds of Boot Camp. Tolliver was perfectly in key with her portion of 'Feeling Good' and even cracked a smile out of Scherzinger. Afterward, they were asked if they were glad that she was allowed to go through, and they both had to admit that they were. Sometimes, you do get second chances in life, and Tolliver certainly made the most of hers.

Phillip Lomax, Austin Simmons, Nick Voss, Chesi Spriggs, Tiah Tolliver, and Kelly Warner sing "I’m Feeling Good" — and we were loving every second of their performance.  Then again, that could be because we're partial to good old Phlomax. This Chesi character is kinda sassy, too. Oh, and anyone else think Simon might have a crush on Tiah??
