Girls on HBO may have suffered a major casting loss when Christopher Abbot left the show prior to season 3 production, but it's gaining a fresh face for its next installment. Natalie Morales, who you may recognize from 90210, is joining the cast as a do-gooder who seeks to save the world. A 90210 alum joins the cast of HBO's Girls. TV Line reports that Natalie Morales of 90210, Parks and Rec, and The Newsroom fame, will be stopping by an episode of Girls' upcoming third season. She'll play a considerably nicer character than her 90210 role as Liam's stalker, but something tells us that she'll still manage to rub Hannah... or Marnie.. or maybe Shoshanna the wrong way. Still no official word on when Girls will make its HBO return, but be sure to stick with us at Celebified for more of the latest TV buzz.
Trevor Donovan will play the worst "best man" ever in an upcoming episode of the Lifetime series. http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/thr/television/~3/iO7QpLHX_Nw/story01.htm
Natalie Morales is moving from Beverly Hills to Brooklyn as she joins the cast of HBO's "Girls" for a third season guest spot. The actress, whom you may recognize from her turn as Liam's stalker (and Annie's shooter) on The CW's "90210," will appear in an episode of the series as "a sweet twentysomething who surrounds herself with artists and has a desire to save the world," according to TVLine . Little else is known about her do-gooder character (including whether she will or won't woe one of the "Girls" guys...). This third season has seen its fair share of entrances and exits already: As you'll recall, Christopher Abbott (who played Marnie's boyfriend, Charlie) left the series as filming began earlier this year. Meanwhile, actors Richard E. Grant and Michael Zegen have signed on in new roles (both equally vague...). A premiere date for "Girls"' third season has yet to be set. If this weren't a lawsuit involving "90210," it certainly would have made a great script for the recently canceled CW drama. In a complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, Jamie Squillare claims that she was pressured for sex by the show's art-department leadman -- and that the show did nothing to stop the alleged harasser's unwanted advances. Most of the time on a soapy show like "90210," a bomb explosion would lead to break-ups, fear and even death. But this is the show's series finale. After five seasons of heartbreak and drama, the kids were due for some happy endings in "We All Fall Down."And that's what they get.The "90210" finale picks up right where the previous episode left off. Whatever that explosion was that took down the theater, there are injuries and a lot of damage.Everyone quickly descends upon the disaster site in order to do his or her thing. Liam (Matt Lanter), looking for a way to not go to Australia, rushes over. Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) takes a little longer (needing to spin her "wild night with the Prince"), but then she promptly turns the whole thing into a way to benefit herself. And then there's Navid (Michael Steger) -- slightly injured himself, Navid ignores the fireman and runs back into... http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/05/90210-series-finale-everything-settles-in-the-bombing-aftermath-of-we-all-fall-down.html
After five seasons of high drama, "90210" ends its run on Monday (May 13) with its series finale, "We All Fall Down." We recently spoke to Matt Lanter (Liam) about what was coming and about how it felt to bring this character to an end.Is Liam really going to run off to Australia? Because I don't know if that's going to be okay with people.Matt Lanter: [laughs] Yeah, I don't think it would be okay with people. But I guess that would be a big spoiler if I said I did run off. Let's just put it this way: I just want Liam to be happy, whatever he does. And I think fans should be cool with that. I mean, this kid has gone through so much strife in the past five years -- like his dad, his relationships, women have taken advantage of him in every way possible. I feel like he deserves... http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/05/90210-interview-matt-lanter-previews-the-end-of-the-show-and-bringing-happiness-to-liam.html
