‘Arrow': Stephen Amell Teases the “Radical Departure” of the 100th Episode

The highly anticipated four show DCTV crossover, "Invasion!" is here. Since Arrow‘s premiere, the so-called "Arrowverse" has expanded to include fours shows on the CW, multiple Earths, regular visits between cities, and even recurring characters over more than one show. On last night’s The Flash, the Dominators invaded Central City forcing Barry to seek help from his super friends from Arrow, Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow. Together, they faced off against the Dominators with only moderate success. After overcoming a mind-controlling device, members of Team Arrow were captured by the aliens. Now it’s time for Arrow‘s "Invasion!" installment, which is also the show’s 100th episode. Collider stopped by the Arrow set in Vancouver last month and spoke with Stephen Amell about Arrow‘s 100th episode and the crossover. Unlike previous crossovers, this one involves all four DCTV series, which created bigger challenges than those in the past, but good planning helped. "[The crossover] grows exponentially by the way. It’s not twice as large, it’s like 32 times [this year]. … So everyone got together this year and they made a schedule," Amell said. READ MORE...
