Being a huge DC comics fan, I had high hopes for this show. The first season was excellent and lived up to my expectations of Oliver Queen and the beginning of the Arrow, but by the third season the show died down a bit for me. The only good part about the later seasons is the spinoff and crossover with Barry Allen from The Flash spinoff series.

I was disappointed when I first watched and I gave up after episode 2. I watched the Flash crossover episode and loved it, so I went back to Season one and ended up binged watching it. This is a solid superhero show, and Stephen Amell does most of his own stunts, which makes all the difference. Don't get me started about when he takes off his shirt and does the salmon ladder bars (just google for the video, there are two, you'll want the one on YouTube where he has his shirt off for the full effect, not the one on his Facebook page) You're welcome ;)
Oh, and I'm not some little horny 20 year old girl, I'm 40 :)

The CW's known for its niche, pretty people dramas and Arrow's no exception to that. Its action with appeal to men, its love triangles to women, and insanely high amount of comic book references will only gleefully delight DC fandoms. Arrow improves with each season as the characters' histories become more complex as the show goes on.

This series is truly one to watch. It's a pure thriller and action with a slight hint of romance, everything TV series needs. The storyline is great with a second storyline constantly playing as flashbacks, making the whole series even better. Oliver's' constant battles with others as well as himself makes you sit there and just watch without thinking what's gonna happen next. However the fighting is a over the top and really unbelievable at times.

Great, then got bad, then got good again, plot wise. It's a dark dramatic show about a man trying to right by his home then failing horribly. Spoiler: Wish he hadn't given up killing because the villains just keep coming back which is incredibly annoying. Overall great show though but i love the side characters more than Oliver most of the time.

Update: It's bad again, not watching anymore because of the Legends of Yesterday episode. They've resorted to cheap writing skill that will get the biggest reaction from the audience instead of actually coming up with something creative/original.

THE BEST SHOW ON TV RIGHT NOW. Action, acting and probably the best DC comic brought to life this show has it all and more. If you liked Smallville but wanted it a little darker, here it is!
