'Arrow' Season 2 video: Watch Oliver win the war

The first season of "Arrow" ended on kind of a down note. Half of the Glades was destroyed, Tommy got crushed by a building and Oliver only beat the bad guy when he killed his best friend's dad. That will definitely have an effect on Season 2 of the superhero series -- but it might be a positive effect. After all, even if Oliver (Stephen Amell) and company did lose that last battle, there's still a war to win. This video assures us that the good guys will indeed win when it comes to the war. After some dramatic voiceovers and somber portraits to illustrate all that was lost, the "Arrow" video gets into some of the good stuff. That would be footage from the upcoming Season 2.There are copycat Hoods running around Starling City after the tragedy in the Glades. This is probably not a good thing. It looks like Laurel (Katie Cassidy) might get to do... http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/09/arrow-season-2-video-watch-oliver-win-the-war.html

'Arrow' Season 2 poster: Big character changes in the artwork

The first "Arrow" Season 2 poster has been released by the show -- and it shows the major character changes we will see when the show returns in October.Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) stands front-and-center, of course. As before, he looks both strong and vaguely mournful -- considering the image of his island behind him, there's a good reason for that. Oliver's "hero" team of Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and Diggle (David Ramsey) stand right behind him. Support is a good thing, after all.Thea (Willa Holland) and Roy (Colton Haynes) stand off to the side, looking rather close. The two odd men out, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and Slade Wilson (Manu Bennett), occupy the other background side together.RELATED: The CW releases key art for "The Tomorrow People," "Reign" and "The Originals."Both the actors pictured and the configuration show big changes coming in Season 2. For one thing, there are three new actors as regulars -- Rickards,... http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/08/arrow-season-2-poster-big-character-changes-in-the-artwork.html
