San Francisco's Bait Car Squad sets out to find car thiefs. In this episode, the squad catches a man that believes God gave him the perfect car. Later, one man is able to con another man into the stealing the bait car for him. Little does he realize that this man doesn't even have a driver's license. Also, the bait squad catches a man that has been on the run for drug charges. Finally, the squad takes down a man in a gang that took the car for fun.
