Bar Rescue Alum Sentenced to Prison on Tax Charges

A bar owner featured on Spike TVs reality series Bar Rescue was sentenced to two to five years in prison for failing to pay sales tax on his business earnings, Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette said Wednesday. Michael Flore, 43, was also ordered to pay more than $1.5 million in restitution. According to Schuette, Flore pocketed more than $700,000 in sales tax from his bar The Arena in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
