New York City isn't necessarily known for its barbecue as much as other delicacies (anyone for a slice of New York pizza?), but it's the setting for this reality competition series that tries to identify which of six pit masters makes the best barbecue. And they don't just throw your typical barbecue foods, such as burgers and hot dogs, on the grill -- some challenges involve grilling salads and desserts. At the end of the season, only one contestant will earn the title of Best in Smoke.
