Ever since Hannah arrived on the scene, things have been different between Brennan and Booth. Hannah represents a door that was once slightly ajar and is now slammed shut. There is no way our favorite will-they-won’t-they couple are getting together as long as the intrepid reporter is around, as evidenced by events in Season 6, Episode 9, "The Doctor in the Photo." As Booth was quick to point out, Hannah "is not a consolation prize." Meaning that Booth didn't just hook up with Hannah because he couldn't have Brennan. (That's his story, at least.) Still, fans are wondering just how far this Booth and Hannah thing will go. * Spoiler* The producers have teased about a proposal, and it’s not crazy to imagine Booth getting down on one knee to ask Hannah to marry him. *End spoiler* To Read More Click Here.
Two of the Bones actors who portray Dr. Brennan's constantly rotating "squinterns" will soon find themselves exploring new job possibilities. Brennan identifies too heavily with one of their victims on the December 9 new episode of Bones . The doctor turns out to look eerily similar to Brennan, as well as being a successful professional. When she learns more about the victim's past, Brennan realizes the shortcomings in her own life, including the opportunity to be with Booth that she passed up. Below are a synopsis, promo photos, a promo and four sneak peeks for the episode. The mid-season finale of Bones will be airing this week on December 9 on Fox. To Read More Click Here.
You saw in the preview for next week’s Bones that this is the episode where Brennan realizes she made a big mistake when she turned down Booth (dial 1-800- finally on your touch-tone phone). But what happens after to the calculated, emotionally closed squint queen following her long-awaited realization? Emily Deschanel braved a conference call of reporters to tell us what to expect following the big episode, the next time we’ll see the gravedigger, and what’s to come for Booth and Hannah. (It’s not good news, Hannah haters.) Here are the highlights: 1. After Brennan’s heartbreaking confession to Booth, "There is a reaction, but it might not be the reaction people want," Deschanel said. "You’ll see Brennan kind of becoming more protected than she has been, even." To Read More Click Here.
In my column in the new issue of TV Guide Magazine, I break episode details of Bones star Emily Deschanel's directorial debut. Series creator Hart Hanson had entrusted Emily to direct Bones' wedding-themed Valentine's Day episode that was inspired, in part, by the actress' real-life wedding last September. But as soon as my story went to press, the decision was made to postpone Emily's directorial debut until later in the season. And American Idol is to blame. To allow Emily to prepare for directing episode 14, her character, Brennan, was reduced to a lesser role in both episodes 13 and 14. Hanson reconsidered the logic of this when he realized the huge opportunity Bones will have to attract new viewers when these episodes air during February sweeps — directly after Idol! So in order to beef up Brennan's presence on screen, Hanson says he "begged Emily to postpone her directing gig on the show until later in the season." To Read More Click Here.
Watch a sneak peek and check out photos of the upcoming episode of BONES Season 6 Episode 8 titled "The Twisted Bones in the Melted Truck" which airs on Thursday December 2 at 8pm on FOX Episode Synopsis: Booth and Brennan’s next case leads them to a crime scene where a human carcass has literally melted into the dashboard of a charred truck. As the team investigates the case, they discover a gunshot wound in the victim, but learn that neither the fire nor the bullet was the cause of the victim’s death. Additional clues lead them to a local high school where the victim’s wife is a teacher. As a student-teacher relationship begins to surface and a pattern takes shape in the lab, the team is able to track down the murder weapon and solve the crime. Meanwhile, Sweets resists the temptation of allowing his feelings for Daisy to interfere with helping her pass a government psychological evaluation, and Hannah (guest star Winnick) attempts to break the ice and warm up to Booth’s son Parker (guest star Ty Panitz) in the all-new "The Twisted Bones in the Melted Truck" episode of BONES airing Thursday, Dec. 2 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. As Bones' disgusting corpse finds go, "The Twisted Bones In The Melted Truck" may give "The Babe in the Bar" a run for its money. A body melting on a car? Fairly unusual. More significantly, the December 2 episode marks a significant step in Hannah and Booth's relationship, as she meets Parker for the first time. How will Brennan react? Bones fans are used to being teased, but executive producer Stephen Nathan wants to give you plenty of time to think about this one: "There will be a proposal coming, probably during February Sweeps," he tells us. "It is my mission to torture the fans with this one. There will be a proposal. It will be a real proposal. And it will move things forward in a way that I think the fans will like." Which couple is it? Nathan wouldn’t rule anyone out for us, except for Hodgins and Angela, obviously, since they’re already wed. Could it be Sweets and Daisy, who got back together last week after remembering that along with sex, they have a love of Saved By the Bell in common? They ended up being last season’s much-teased marriage proposal, so that could be a bit anticlimactic. Could it be Cam and Paul (Elon Gold), who Nathan tells us will reenter the picture in the Feb. 3 episode? "They’ve had an on-again, off-again relationship," he says. "Both of them being so incredibly busy, and him being an OB/GYN, he’s just called away all the time whenever they make a date because somebody’s going into labor. They have to make sense out of that part of their relationship." To Read More Click Here.
