Walter Tries to Pull Mike to His Side Against Gus on 'Breaking Bad' (VIDEO)

Here's the deal on 'Breaking Bad' (Sun., 10PM ET on AMC). Mike is one scary dude. Gus is something even beyond that. Walter White? He's on his way to being a bad***, but he's just not there yet. He has the will. He even has a gun now. But he's just not intimidating enough yet. At least not to these people. Not that we think he was going for intimidation when he approached Mike in a bar and essentially begged him to put him in a room with Gus. Instead, he tried to play on Mike's human, compassionate side, which is a side none of us have seen. He also tried to use what Gus did to Vince to equate his and Mike's situation. But Mike is a loyal man, and apparently that loyalty does not know an end. We're sure there's more lurking under the surface, but we haven't been privy to it yet. We have a feeling, however, that Mr. White isn't going to "learn to take yes for an answer," as Mike suggested. http://www.aoltv.com/2011/07/25/walter-tries-pull-mike-his-side-against-gus-breaking-bad-video/

'Breaking Bad' preview: Hold the phone, Skyler

After the unbelievable tension in the season premiere of "Breaking Bad," the show takes at least a little bit of a breath in Sunday's (July 24) episode. At least, that's how it looks from this preview. Sure, Walt (Bryan Cranston) spends much of the two-plus minutes inspecting, loading or waving around a pistol (the episode is called "Thirty-Eight Snub"), and he gets visibly agitated when Skyler (Anna Gunn) brings up the car wash -- where they plan to launder Walt's drug profits -- over the phone. But the prosaic details (Walt packing himself a lunch, Skyler in her bathrobe) -- and, OK, the fact that Walt smacks his head on the kitchen counter -- lighten the mood just a little bit. We're guessing, though, that probably won't last. "Breaking Bad" airs at 10 p.m. ET Sunday on AMC.... http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2011/07/breaking-bad-preview-hold-the-phone-skyler.html

Breaking Bad Promo & Clip: "Thirty-Eight Snub"

Breaking Bad returned last night and didn't waste any time proving why it's the best show on television. An eerie, suspenseful silence permeated "Box Cutter," the season four premiere that proved just how maniacal and calculating Gus Fring can truly be. How will Jesse and Walt respond to their boss' latest move? The former will fall deeper and deeper into despair on Sunday's "Thirty-Eight Snub," though his friends may not realize it. Check out the following trailer and sneak peek to watch Jesse seriously throw it down... http://www.tvfanatic.com/2011/07/breaking-bad-promo-and-clip-thirty-eight-snub/
