WHOA! After last week’s exit by Brooks, and Desiree’s subsequent meltdown, we have no idea how tonight’s finale will play out. Will Desiree actually choose someone? Or just wander off into the distance, sobbing? We do know this: whatever does happen, it will take two-hours (and an after special !) to play out. Go to episode » 8:00PM on ABC Chelsea Lately Apparently Lindsay Lohan went straight from rehab to a guest hosting spot on a show in which the host and panelists are rarely sober. That’s just solid post-rehab planning on Ms. Lohan’s part. L’chaim! Go to episode » 11:00PM on E! Tuesday's Picks Sex, Lies, and Zumba Did you hear the story about the Zumba instructor in Maine who turned out to be a prostitute who "worked" out of her studio, and recorded some of her "sessions"? No? Well then this TLC documentary special is for you! Go to episode » 10:00PM on TLC Drunk History Are you watching this yet? Because it’s probably the funniest show of the summer. In tonight’s lesson, San Francisco is the setting, and Kristen Wiig reenacts the Patty Hearst kidnapping, which, for you younger kids, was kind of a big deal in the dark ages of the 1970s. Go to episode » 10:00PM on Comedy Central Wednesday's Picks Law & Order: UK Let’s all get British tonight! The seventh season of the U.K. version of the American TV staple gets its stateside premiere on BBC America. Go to episode » 9:00PM on BBCA Broadchurch This new series featuring former Doctor Who star David Tennant is centered on a crime in the seaside town of Broadchurch. The show has already been targeted by the Fox network for a U.S. remake in 2014. See? Re-doing TV shows works both ways! Go to episode » 10:00PM on BBCA Thursday's Picks Sharkpocalypse While we’re pretty sure Sharkpocalypse has nothing to do with Sharknado , it still has us wondering what would happen If you combined sharks with other natural disasters. Sharkquake, anyone? Go to episode » 9:00PM on Discovery Friday's Picks What Not to Wear It’s the beginning of the end for this long-running fashion dos and don’ts series, which we guess means everyone now knows what not to wear, and their services are no longer needed. Go to episode » 9:00PM on TLC Magic City We were watching this purely because we were missing Mad Men and that show’s mid-century fashions and cars, and now this series has been canceled and is coming to an end. What now? WHAT NOW? Go to episode » 9:00PM on STARZ Saturday's Picks The White Queen This historical drama is set during the War of the Roses in 15th-century England, as the Houses of York and Lancaster battle for the royal throne, with a focus on the women who, inevitably, control the men. Go to episode » 10:00PM on STARZ Clear History Oh, OK. THIS can help our Mad Men withdrawal! Jon Hamm costars in this made-for-HBO movie, written by and starring Larry David as a business man who loses out on miliions, and sets out for revenge. Go to episode » 9:00PM on HBO Sunday's Picks Breaking Bad Oh man. We’ve been waiting for this for so long, and now we’re almost sad that it’s finally here since it means in eight weeks it will be gone forever! But we won’t dwell on that. Instead, we’ll relish every minute as we pray for both Walt’s comeuppance AND redemption. Go to episode » 9:00PM on AMC Low Winter Sun Perhaps this new series will help fill the void when BB leaves us. Based on a British series of the same name , and starring the same lead actor (Mark Strong), playing an American version of the same role, it’s centered on corrupt cops and the criminal underworld of Detroit. Go to episode » 10:00pm on AMC Talking Bad Yes, it’s a little silly to air a talk show about a series an hour after said show finished airing, but for whatever reason, AMC has decided to air Breaking Bad at 9pm instead of 10pm. Hopefully you’ll actually remember what happened on tonight’s episode by the time this comes around. Short attention spans! We haz them. Go to episode » 11:00PM on AMC

'Breaking Bad': Vince Gilligan on the 'perfect ending' and the Saul spinoff

The makers of "Breaking Bad" are keeping quiet about the specifics of the show's final episode, but creator Vince Gilligan drops a tantalizing hint about the series' end in a new interview.Speaking with Empire magazine, Gilligan -- who has previously discussed the painstaking process of writing the final episodes -- references "M*A*S*H" as a show that got its ending right."When you think about it, 'M*A*S*H' structurally has the perfect ending and the obvious ending, in fact, built into the show right from the very first episode," Gilligan says "... And sometimes the most satisfying ending is the most obvious ending. I think 'M*A*S*H' realized that and pulled it off very nicely."Does that, then, mean that the ending of "Breaking Bad" has been built into the show all along? It's hard not to think about Walt's (Bryan Cranston) cancer providing the "obvious ending" in this case.Gilligan also talks with Empire about the possible spinoff series centered... http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/05/breaking-bad-vince-gilligan-on-the-perfect-ending-and-the-saul-spinoff.html

Breaking Bad Finale Scoop! Anna Gunn Talks Skyler’s Descent and Endgame - Exclusive

Walter White’s journey from math teacher to hardened criminal is the main talking point of Breaking Bad, but his wife, Skyler (Anna Gunn), has undergone almost as dramatic a transformation. Wetpaint Entertainment caught up with Anna at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles TV Tea to talk about Skyler’s role in the show’s final run. Wetpaint Entertainment: Do you foresee a sort of Bonnie and Clyde ending for Skyler and Walt? Anna Gunn: Wow! Breaking Bad's Mike Saunters Over to Parks and Recreation

Well now that Jonathan Banks is out of a job due to (spoilers) his untimely demise at the hand of Walter White on Breaking Bad , he's having little trouble finding new work. But now he's popping up in a show that you probably wouldn't expect him. Yes, Banks is coming to Parks and Recreation . How exactly does someone so severe fit in with the cast? He'll be playing Ben Wyatt's (Adam Scott's) dad. Co-creator Mike Schur explains via Hitfix : "We were working the character description of Ben's dad and I said aloud, 'He should act like Mike Ehrmentraut.' So somebody said, 'Well, why can't we just get Jonathan Banks?'" "To me, at this exactly moment in time, he's everyone I know's favorite actor," says Schur. "After that arc he's the actor about which we've spent the most time talking in the room over the last year. It's awesome. He's going to be here at 2 p.m. today and everyone's geeking out. A lot of the writers are coming up with reasons to be down on the set today." So it's not just Banks that's coming, it's actually Mike as the two are supposed to act similarly, which is why he was cast in the first place. First the return of Jean-Ralphio and now this? This is shaping up to be one hell of a sixth season for Parks and Recreation . The season premiere is next Thursday, the 20th at 9:30. http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/tvovermind/tvnews/~3/8I7GGfWwc6I/

Breaking Bad Boss: "There's No Repairing the Fracture" Between Walt and Jesse

The first half of Breaking Bad 's fifth season may have ended with DEA agent Hank ( Dean Norris ) finally connecting the dots about his meth-cooking brother-in-law Walter White ( Bryan Cranston ), but that may not be Walt's biggest problem.  Throughout the AMC drama's run, Walt has counted on his partner-in-crime Jesse ( Aaron Paul ) to stand by his side through good times and bad — even if Walt had to manipulate his surrogate son in the process...  http://www.tvguide.com/News/Breaking-Bad-Finale-Vince-Gilligan-1052614.aspx?rss=breakingnews

'Breaking Bad' mid-season finale cooks up big ratings

'Breaking Bad' creator Vince Gilligan on Walt getting out and where the show might end

Not that he'd be telling anyway, but Vince Gilligan says he hasn't entirely figured out how "Breaking Bad" will end."You'd be surprised how little we have at this point, I hate to admit," Gilligan says with a laugh.Don't let that set off your alarm bells, though: Gilligan and his fellow "Breaking Bad" writers are hardly making it up as they go. As he tells it, they're having extensive discussion about the shape of the final eight episodes of the series, the right way to end it and the circumstances that take Walter White (Bryan Cranston) to the machine gun-buying, Denny's breakfast-eating state viewers glimpsed at the start of this season."We have the broad strokes of what all that means, the machine gun in the trunk of the Cadillac and all that, but it's the connective tissue that will tell the tale," Gilligan says. "It's the plumbing of it all, the laying of the pipe, that... http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2012/09/breaking-bad-creator-vince-gilligan-on-walt-getting-out-and-where-the-show-might-end.html
