Based upon the classic comic strip character of the 1920s, which itself was based on novellas by Philip Francis Nowlan, "Buck Rogers in the 25th Century" was first presented as a feature film in 1979. Later that year, series Creator and Executive Producer Glen A. Larson debuted the series as a follow-up to his "Battlestar Galactica." Episodes of the first season are currently available on NBC.com as a part of their effort to stream vintage NBC shows.

I loved this show as kid but even then I knew it wasn't very good. Erin Grey in a skin tight jump suit was very tasty.
