Noah visits the Meadowlands State Fair in East Rutherford, New Jersey to try "Deep Fried Larvettes", cream cheese balls stuffed with dried mealworm larva on a stick; "Pig in the Mud", chocolate-covered deep-fried bacon topped with sprinkles, crushed cookies and chopped peanuts; Deep-Fried Whiting Fish & Hushpuppies. Next, he visits the Gardendale Magnolia Festival in Gardendale, Alabama to sample homemade "Sweet Potato Pie Ice Cream"; "Big Daddy's BBQ Ribs", vinegar/tomato BBQ sauce; and "Peanut Butter Cobbler".
