Noah visits the Alameda County Fair in Pleasanton, California to sample a "Stuffy's Mac & Cheese Bacon Burger", beef patty stuffed with 3-cheese mac & cheese; a "Chile Relleno Dog", cheese/relleno chili corn dog topped with queso/salsa; "Hazelnutty Deep Fried Pop", deep-fried hazelnut popsicle; "Caliente Curls", curly fries with jalapenos, bell peppers & onions. Next, he travels to Dubuque, Iowa for the Dubuque County Fair to try "Reverend Tom's Cowboy Beans" with 3-types of beans/4-kinds of meat; "Tropical tantalizer", grilled rum-soaked pineapple on pound cake with ice cream, toasted macadamias & coconut; and a "Sunnyside Burger", beef patty, eggs, ham & cheese in between hashbrown buns.
