Noah visits the Big E (Eastern States Exposition) in Springfield, Massachusetts to taste the Turducken Sandwich, a ground chicken & turkey, duck confit, sausage, cornbread patty topped cheese and cranberry aioli; Deep-Fried Fruit Punch; Country Fried Shepherd's Pie, panko deep-fried balls filled with ground beef, corn and potatoes topped with gravy; and "The Big E-clair", a giant eclair. Next, he travels to the Gwinnett County Fair in Lawrenceville, Georgia to eat "The FFB", a fried bologna burger topped with pimento cheese, beef chili and chopped onions; a "Sunday Dinner Sundae", layered with cheese fries, bacon, grilled steak, and a cherry tomato; and Funnel-Fried Bacon, funnel cake battered deep-fried bacon topped with powdered sugar and maple butter cream.
