Noah visits the Delaware County Fair in Walton, New York to try the "Spaghizza", pizza topped with spaghetti and meatballs; the "Freshmen 15 Fries", topped with pork rib tips, nacho cheese, BBQ sauce and a deep-fried pickle; "Walton Veterans Clams & Corn", steamed clams and corn on the cob; and a "Holy Cannoli", a giant deep-fried cannoli. Next, he goes to the North Georgia State Fair in Marietta, Georgia to sample the "Slammin' Salmon Breakfast Biscuit", deep-fried salmon patty, cheese and a fried egg on a buttermilk biscuit served with grits; "The Bird Dog", chicken deep-fried in waffle batter topped with cheese sauce and bacon on a hot dog bun; and "The Dirt Road Banana Split", cherry, pineapple, banana, strawberry mixed ice cream on a hot fudge brownie topped with whipped cream, hot fudge and cherries.
