Noah visits the first annual Magical Winter Lights in Houston, Texas to sample "The Torthai", a torta stuffed with Thai basil chicken, mozzarella, red curry, and pineapple pico de gallo in a bolillo bun; a deep-fried root beer float, a root beer batter funnel cake topped with vanilla ice cream, root beer syrup, whipped cream and a candy cane straw; the "Koagie Dog", deep-fried hot dog toppws with Asian pear marinaded ribeye, red cabbage slaw, a fried egg and spicy mayo; and a "Berry Brûlée Waffle", filled with Irish cream liquor custard and strawberries. Next, he goes to the Dickens on the Strand in Galveston, Texas to try "Fagin's Fried Shrimp", Cajun-spiced battered shrimp and fries with honey mustard ranch sauce; Cajun-seasoned Scotch Eggs topped with yellow mustard; and Deep-Fried Baklava, funnel cake battered and topped with chocolate sauce.
