'Castle' preview: Castle and Beckett cool their heels after cliffhanger

The conclusion of "Castle's" terrorist plot two-parter airs Feb. 28, and it brings a cuddly scenario for Beckett (Stana Katic) and Castle (Nathan Fillion) -- though under less than ideal circumstances. "Countdown" picks up right where "Setup" left off, with the partners stuck in refrigerated prison and a bomb speeding to somewhere in New York. The dire scenario prompts some necessary canoodling and some surprisingly heartfelt confessions. But is it too late?Probably not. Lead characters rarely die in the middle of a successful season. But we'll be tuning in anyways to see what Kate has to say when she comes to.... http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2011/02/castle-preview-castle-and-beckett-cool-their-heels-after-cliffhanger.html

Castle Sneak Preview: The Countdown is On...

The stage was set on Castle this week. Adrian Pasdar debuted as a Homeland Security Agent in the face of a major threat facing the city, clashing with Castle and Beckett, but also agreeing on one thing: There's a serious possibility of catastrophe ahead, made even more grave by the way the installment concluded: with Castle and Beckett locked in a room. On the second half of this special two-parter, "Countdown," the race will be on. Can a crisis be averted? Adrian Pasdar Says His Character Questions Castle and Beckett's Relationship

If you don’t know by now, here’s what’s up: NBC’s Heroes star Adrian Pasdar is stopping by tonight’s Castle (oh, and next week’s, too) to play a Homeland Security agent. A kind of jerky one, actually.Yep — Adrian admits his character, Mark Fallon, won’t be an instant fan favorite. In fact, he says Fallon gets an "ice cold" welcome from the tight-knit Castle crew. "I mean, who wants some dude coming in telling them how to cook their pancakes?" Pasdar jokes. "But it warms... http://feeds.wetpaint.com/~r/wetpaint/latest/excerpt/~3/I9rUtfBw-1E/adrian-pasdar-says-his-character-questions-castle-and-becketts-relationship

Castle fans are counting down the days for this season’s highly anticipated two-parter, scheduled to air on February 21 st and 28 th . "Setup" and "Countdown" will deal with a potential terrorist threat that will put New York City in danger of something extremely powerful and destructive. Heroes alum, Adrian Pasdar, guest stars as Homeland Security Agent Fallon, who comes onboard to help the NYPD deal with this particular case. I have had a chance to watch a screener for the first part ("Setup") and let me tell you, I could barely breathe through the entire 42 minutes. The audience is in for one extremely intense ride, I can tell you this much. I feel like it’s becoming sort of a Castle thing to do this kind of special combo episode for February sweeps. Last season’s two-parter "Tick, Tick, Tick" and "Boom" was extremely successful and proved that this show is not all about funny one-liners; it can do action and suspense really, really well. This season’s combo episode is even better, I believe. Granted, I have only watched the first part, but if that’s any indication, it’s going to blow its season two counterpart out of the water.
