I love the show. There should be more shows like this and less "reality" crap shows.

It’s a great show about dealing with sickness. The way April wants her way to stay normal seems so believable. But on the same time the acceptance of the cancer seems so real. Some scenes I couldn’t see the first time through the tears .That being said it’s not a sad show which breeds hope for April’s future.

This show is so good! The cancer is so big in out world, and many times the illness that kills. This show gives learning, understanding, compassion, care and insight. Watch, learn and understand what many people are going trough.

The Thing About This Show Is That It's Heart-Filling, One Episode It Fills Your Heart With Joy, Love And Hope And The Next Episode It Fills It With Sadness, Sorrow And Despair!! It's An Emotional Roller Coaster That I Can't Get Enough Of!!
I know That It's About Cancer But Sometimes It Feels More Like It's Just Life's Ups And Downs And I Love That About It, It Makes It Relatable To Everyone!!

When I first started watching this show, I assumed it would be the typical sad story of a cancer patient, yet this was not the case. It is great to watch, as we get to go on this journey with April and her loved ones. Its also great, because her cancer is not the only plot of the show! There are other things like her half-sister and the life of Brenna that we are able to also become involved with. I would say this is one of the better ABC Family shows and I would definitely agree that this is one of the more realistic shows.

I really like this show. It's one of those feel-good shows (about a not-so-feel-good topic) and the characters are likable.

A solid watchable show that has enough heart and soul in it without making it too heavy. The show brings a good lighthearted touch to what's usually a sombre event and makes it more the fun to watch. The acting's a bit on the rough side with probably the exception of Italia Ricci's character April, with Haley Ramm especially doing her character (and the show) a disservice with her nails on a chalkboard acting. The plot moves along ploddingly but strangely addictingly (if that's a word, probably not) and I watched it all in one sitting in a Netflix marathon. Overall, a solid show on a somewhat unsolid network and I recommend it for some rainy day marathons.

I love this show. It's about an ordinary, a bit uptight woman named April that has to face cancer and the possibility of dying. It's quite family friendly, so it isnt too depressing. It involves her family and friends and how all of these people deal with finding out they might loose her. The realistic way it's made make you question how you would deal with being in a similar situation. I really like the way it makes you feel like this could be you.

April is a strong woman that's prepared to fight for her life. She struggles thruogh the ad and good news she receives and is really tring to live a normal life in spite of the cancer. It's not all about her being at the hospital, but her whole life involving the cancer. Work, relationships, friends, family etc.

The series keeps you on your toes without going overboard. I do recommend! The dramas and up and downs of her family and friends life fill out the series. The only thing that bothers me about this is small things, like her family being a bit judgemental and uptight and the whole series a bit "too family-friendly-happy-nice". The realistic feeling evens it out though, so it's not that bad.

Show with potential, however, they have to come up with some new thrilling plot turns, because right now it's pretty monotonous!
