It's the third night in a weeklong cook off and showing off her skills in the kitchen tonight is single mom PJ Jogeda. Joining her at the dinner table is lawyer Janine Liberatore, male model Jamie Godin, foodie Nia Dempster and produce supervisor Lewis Carlota. Tonight PJ is taking pride in serving up a menu that introduces the guests to her Estonian heritage. First up, the appetizer: cream cheese and smoke salmon on rye with beet salad. She follows this up with her main: stuffed veal shoulder with sauerkraut and boiled potatoes. Despite her lack of baking skills PJ proves she can do it by serving her dessert: sour cream rhubarb cake. Will PJ's heritage leave a lasting impression on her guests or will she be the only one that takes pride in it?
