It's the final night in a week-long wine and dine and window dresser Heather Aube is excited about hosting and wrapping up the week. Joining her around the dinner table is child and youth counselor Kathy Johnston-Henry, bartender Justin Jones, phlebotomist Gillian Vander Vliet, and self-employed Dragan Jankovic. Heather has a bubbly personality, great style and an opinion but does she fare well in the kitchen? After greeting her guests, a guitar duo play a little something to entertain and to kick off the night, Heather serves her appetizer; shrimp and lobster salad. After a colourful presentation she follows her app with the main; roast lamb with potato gallette and vegetables which she fears will not meet the guests satisfaction. For dessert, Heather dishes up a well presented mango pudding. Will the colour coordinated cook make her guests red with envy or will she have to change into something black and mourn a loss?
