It's the second night of a week-long dinner party battle in Prince Edward Island and taking charge in the kitchen tonight is gardening gal Alison Mills. Joining her around the table is campground owner Michael Creighton, enforcement officer David Jabbour, construction gal Nancy Stewart, and event planner Emma Rockett. Tonight's host is trading in the garden for the kitchen, but that’s not stopping her from bringing some of the garden into her menu. She plans on adding a special touch to her plates tonight using edible flowers. First up is her appetizer; salmon cakes with creamy shrimp sauce. With a vegetarian among the group, Alison makes two mains; pâté en croute with red sage gravy, scalloped potatoes and green beans along with a veggie pie for Emma. Before serving her dessert; hazelnut mousse, Alison plays a little truth game to get to know her guests more but does someone lose and end up in the pool? Will a Gregorian gardener come up smelling like roses or be in the weeds?
