The leaders of the world held a meeting together to discuss about the DRAGON's attack on Arzenal but ended up arguing with each other. Embryo, one of the leaders, proposed that they destroy the current world to create a new one. Meanwhile, in Arzenal, Hilda assumes the position of captain as Salia was detained for disobeying orders. Jill and Ange talked about the history of the world, including how humans obtained the ability to use mana and why normas were discriminated. When Ange noticed that Jill did not answer her question about the DRAGONs and was about to question Jill further when suddenly a DRAGON survivor was discovered in the base. It is revealed that the DRAGON was Vivian and she hummed Ange's song, which Ange recognised and started singing along with Vivian that was in DRAGON form. Vivian was returned to human form and Ange realized that DRAGONs are actually human beings. Ange vowed not to kill DRAGONs and not to pilot Vilkiss anymore. Just then, a fleet arrived at Arzenal with Ange's brother Julio on board of the flagship.
