Medicare has been a lifesaver for millions of Americans. It's also been credited with keeping health care costs down, but with billions of dollars in payments going out every year, there's room for fraud. It's not too strong to say that Medicare is being pillaged and plundered -- and cracking down on the problem has become a top priority for the Obama Administration.
