'Desperate Housewives' talk final, emotional days on Wisteria Lane

Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman and other "Desperate Housewives" cast members got together for one last block party BBQ on Wisteria Lane Saturday night. While the occasion was a fundraiser for cystic fibrosis, the looming series finale hung heavy in the otherwise jubilant air. The iconic neighborhood set at Universal Studios was set up for a block party and concert, and several DH homes were open for guests and stars alike. But all the talk on the red carpet was about the past eight years on set -- and this week, which will mark the last few days of filming for each of the "Housewives." "He's still alive! He's not dead!" exclaimed Teri Hatcher, as she hugged her recently-deceased onscreen husband James Denton (who played Mike Delfino). Denton was on hand at the event to perform with The Band from TV, and it was his first time back on the set since his character's death. 'Desperate Housewives': Trouble Catches Up With Bree

It was really only a matter of time. All season long, fans have been waiting to see what would happen with Bree after the murder of Gabby's stepdad on " Desperate Housewives " (Sun., 9 p.m. ET on ABC). This week, the inevitable happened as the investigation caught up to her, and she was arrested for the murder. Never fear, there's still a couple of episodes left before the big finale. Plenty of time for a murder trial. Lynette got some bad news of her own, smuggishly delivered by Tom's girlfriend. He'd signed the divorce papers, so what better way to make it hurt as much as possible then for the new girlfriend to hand deliver them. She should have checked to make sure Lynette was empty-handed, though. Instead, she caught her with a bowl of icing. So she flung some on the girlfriend, and then some more for good measure. It won't change anything, but it is nice to get those aggressive feelings out there in a relatively healthy way. There are far worse things than icing that she could have thrown. "Desperate Housewives" returns Sunday, April 29 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC for its final four hours. TV Replay scours the vast television landscape to find the most interesting, amusing, and, on a good day, amazing moments, and delivers them right to your browser. http://feeds.huffingtonpost.com/~r/HP/Entertainment/~3/1BuCxquUiLE/desperate-housewives-trouble-bree-lynette-video_n_1395838.html
