'Desperate Housewives' 7.13 Preview: Meet Keith's Ex

Bree's biggest challenge in her relationship with much-younger Keith is to come in the next episode of "Desperate Housewives". Bree, first of all, is awake to Keith calling "Amber" in his sleep and then runs into his ex-girlfriend and learns some shocking news about his past. Playing the role of Amber is "The Forgotten" alumna and the current recurring cast on "Detroit 1-8-7", Rochelle Aytes. According to Movieline, "Keith's former girlfriend initially hits Fairview not looking to make any trouble - or at least not too much of it. But as Bree prods into the young woman's reason for tracking down the man she ran out on years ago, she very well may get more than she bargained for." Aytes is booked for at least three episodes. 'Desperate Housewives' 7.12 Preview: Kidney Donor

"Desperate Housewives" is officially in motion for the rest of season 7 episodes. Next week in "Where Do I Belong", while Susan continues to undergo dialysis, she is stunned when her flighty mother, Sophie (Lesley Ann Warren), along with her Aunt Claire (Valerie Harper), pays a visit but won't agree to get tested to see if she would be a potential kidney donor candidate. Meanwhile, not knowing where biological daughter Grace is causes Gaby to turn her feelings of loss into an obsession; Lynette exacts revenge on Tom after she learns about his past with Renee, and Bree tries to befriend a friendless Beth Young. "Where Do I Belong" airs January 9 on ABC. Back in December, TV Guide reported that producers were looking for a "precocious 10-year-old to play a girl who's spent most of her life in foster care." Desperate Housewives' Brian Austin Green Is Excited for Orson's "Awkward" Return

After performing daring stunts and operating heavy machinery on such action series as Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and Smallville, Brian Austin Green is the first to admit it took a little longer than usual for him to adjust to his latest role on Desperate Housewives. "It's taken a little getting used to, coming off of Sarah Connor and then just being the shirtless guy sanding wood and crafting things," Green tells us. 'Desperate Housewives': Brian Austin Green jokes, 'It's nice to be on a show people watch'

Brian Austin Green hadn't even met Marcia Cross, who he would be carrying on a passionate on-screen love affair with, until after he was booked on "Desperate Housewives.""We didn't test at all," Green tells Zap2it. "I had never met her until I had booked the show. I got really lucky. I have to assume, because [creator Marc Cherry] knows Marcia as well as he does that in meeting me, he had some sense of what would work best with her."And Green says the two get on pretty fantastically. "We enjoy really being around each other," he says. "We laugh and we talk. It's a really great relationship to have on the set. It was a complete coincidence. It's absolute luck, because it doesn't happen all the time."Green is definitely feeling pretty lucky these days.
