Good news I guess. Like I've always said, this is a good stand in while we wait for more episodes of Sherlock. I hope this show becomes a little more serialized and draws a little more from the source material. Most of the time this show is no different than any other crime drama with some kind of extremely smart/weird protagonist. I wished it did more to set itself apart from other shows.

Yes. And we need more Moriarty and more Joan centered episodes.

@Cátia_C. YESSS!!!! Definitely more Moriarty. More specifically, more Natalie Dormer haha. I will say I wasn't happy with what they did with the character initially, but she has grown on me and Elementary is always better when she appears, even when it is just a voice appearance.

Perhaps with a new season Natalie will be able to re-appear. She's been very busy so she hasn't been able to return due to scheduling conflicts.

I'm really glad Elementary was able to turn its declining ratings around. It dipped into the 4 million range for a while but its back up to 5.3, which is pretty impressive. It's one of my favorite Procedurals. I agree with the first commented that more Serialization would be nice, but thats very hard to due with a Crime show that is so clearly case-to-case. You don't want them working on the same case each week, shows like that are soooo boring. So more character serialization would be nice, but again, thats a tough sell for a procedural which relies heavily on its syndication.

Large i love tv

So pleased, one of the best shows ever. Love Sherlock his character is amazing, nice he has a love interest. Maybe they can have a show by show with an ongoing case in the background?

It might actually be time to sit down and watch this show! I hadn't realized most of the reviews were so glaringly positive!

In the beginning of this show i was a bit skeptical, you know about the names derived from Sherlock, but then I saw it was a completely different line of characters from Sherlock, well and Lucy Liu is way more interesting than any man. lol Well back to the real thing, that show is interesting because is unpredictable and changes direction many times during the episode. Love it and recommend it.
