Eric and the Captain head to Louisiana, hunting for a meal made with a critter associated with traditional Cajun cuisine - crawfish. They head to Breaux Bridge, the crawfish capital of the world. Here they meet Rocky a local B&B owner, who introduces them to a local fisherman called T-Paul, who takes the pair fishing. They then head to meet David, the head of the local crawfish association. David invites the pair to try a 100-year-old recipe and teaches them the difference between wild and farmed crawfish. Then head to meet Anthony who treats the pair to a crawfish boil.
