Dr. Doom takes the powers of the Silver Surfer to get the Fantastic Four a second time. After beating them, Dr. Doom spreads a reign of terror across the globe. Reed counter attacks Dr. Doom with a flying drone to lure him to Galactus' force barrier which drains his power.
