Biddy tries to bring a parade of classic cars into Arcadia Waters and to keep Col out of it and take all the credit for herself. Col isn't going to be swept aside and fights to make the Car Parade his big idea. Biddy gets mad and in a girls' night with all the other women Councillors, she finds she has a lot of support, enough to give Col a big surprise.
