Re_Hamatora Episode 12 Final Review and Analysis

After this last episode of Re_Hamatora, literally every single question we’ve had regarding the series and plot was revealed, here and now. To be honest, there were quite a number of episodes you could have skipped to watch and epic finale. I’m not even going to mention Saikyou anymore because she’s just a bored rich lady that gave the original villains a means to do these crazy things (i.e. Moral). She ends up committing suicide anyway which is an anticlimactic ending to her side character. READ MORE...

Re_Hamatora Episode 11 Review

This week’s episode brings us to a pretty climactic part of the series where three parties are moving towards very separate goals. Nice and Murasaki’s investigations have taken them to Neko and Master who actually had a back story connection with Hajime. I’m surprised Master was a super significant figure in Hajime’s past – being the one to take responsibility for her when the other scientists want to kill Hajime because of her minimum. The Freemum people have finally come up in the open about their goal and are literally demanding the Yokohama district to be turned into a sovereign nation of minimum-holders. READ MORE...

Re_Hamatora Episode 10 Review

I actually enjoyed episode ten of Re_Hamatora a lot more than the scattered string of scenes we’ve seen thus far. We pick up at Café Nowhere where Nice and the others have just discovered Hajime’s letter. Although Hajime’s new motives are completely unknown at the moment along with Art’s motives remain unknown. However we do end up finding out that Saikyou, the rich florist lady, is really only playing villain cause she’s a BORED RICH BUSINESS LADY. READ MORE...

Re_Hamatora Episode 9 Review

Even though Hajime-chan has been rescued, she’s still not the same useful ignorant, cheery and gluttonous (LOL) self that she used to be. As our main characters start REHEARSALS for a children’s play… Art is plotting more. Let’s call them the Hamatora Theatre Troupe LOL. If anything, the crazy Hamatora antics serve to cheer up Hajime-chan after her traumatic incident. She looks so cute with long hair. I really want to ship her with Nice now… READ MORE...

Re_Hamatora Episode 8 Review

HAMATORA, YOU’VE BEEN SERIOUSLY HOLDING BACK!! For those of you, me in included, that had no idea why all the minimum was going bonkers, today we get our answer…which links us full circle back to the last episode of the first season where Hajime had a huge freak out. Hajime’s minimum has been one of the biggest reveals of season 2, if not THE biggest reveal ever. READ MORE...

Re_Hamatora Episode 7 Review

Murasaki is the first to experience the most extreme consequences of using his minimum abilities. He’s suffered heavy blunt force trauma and has even lost chunks of flesh. OHMIGOD… SOMEHOW he’s alive and conscious in the hospital with Ratio watching over him. I really don’t understand why everyone’s minimums are contracting all these problems… READ MORE...

Re_Hamatora Episode 6 Review

OMG all the Hamatora guys really do is lounge around trying to think and figure out things but nothing’s getting figured out and no action is really taking place. What is Art planning? How is he related to the Freemum minimum freakies? What’s up with all the side-effects? And can we PLEASE get more Hajime screen time? Murasaki separates from the main group after a slight disagreement with Nice (or something like that). READ MORE...

Re_Hamatora Episode 5 Review

WHOA. SHI** JUST GOT REALLY REALLY IN HAMATORA. Things got SUPER BLOODY and HELLA DARK… even darker than before. The beginning of the episode picks up right when Nice and Murasaki have run into Art in the middle of the streets. Even though Nice can use his sonic minimum to charge at Art, he somehow uses a different minimum to stop them. Art comments that the minimums he’s using are “sins” that he’s collected. We see Art team up with the Freemum minimum-holder misfits… Read More... http://littlecloudcuriosity.com/2014/08/05/re_hamatora-episode-5-review/

Re_Hamatora Episode 4 Review

Oh good, they’re addressing Honey’s random aggression into a childlike state. It wasn’t just a random plothole. Perhaps Hamatora could become a part-time babysitting group if the investigations fall through. Honey’s minimum side effect seems to be only the beginning… Read More... http://littlecloudcuriosity.com/2014/07/28/re_hamatora-episode-4-review/

Re_Hamatora Episode 3 Review

Me: …how can we be at checkmate? we’re only at episode 3… hamatora… stahpit.   I know I said I wouldn’t review the second season of Hamatora episode by episode but this series is getting exciting in all kinds of weird and exciting ways. For one, we’re getting to see a lot of different minimum abilities. Whereas season 1 was confined within the Hamatora PD investigative activities, season 2 is showing us a plethora of different people, those of which who are violent and dangerous minimum holders, to those being targeted by Art himself.
