Kaitlyn Black is officially moving in to Bluebell. The CW announced today, via TV Line, that the actress has been promoted to series regular status in anticipation of Hart of Dixie Season 3 . “I’m overjoyed to be joining such a talented cast and extremely grateful to be part of the CW family,” the actress tells the site . Black, of course, has been a fan favorite on the drama since its opening season. As creator Leila Gerstein explains, giving Black this occupational bump was a no-brainer. After all, her character is "Lemon’s best friend, as Lavon’s girlfriend, and as Zoe’s confidante." Hart of Dixie will return on Monday, October 7 at 8 p.m. http://www.tvfanatic.com/2013/07/hart-of-dixie-promotes-kaitlyn-black-to-series-regular/
Zoe Hart (Rachel Bilson) may have ended "Hart of Dixie" Season 2 in NYC, but she's making her way back to Bluebell for Season 3 -- thank goodness! Not only will Zoe find herself back in Bluebell, the premiere, titled "Southern Comfort Zone," will also introduce two new recurring characters, TVLine reports. Joel, a quintessential New York artist, passes through the charming southern town to get some inspiration for his latest book but finds that he may not want to leave so soon. Lynly, Lavon's spoiled, cluless cousin, arrives to town in the hopes of mending her broken heart. But it turns out that she's not as dumb as she lets everyone think. Who wants to bet these two are going to cause some trouble -- romantically, of course -- for our favorite Bluebell residents?"Hart of Dixie" returns on an all-new night this fall on Monday, Oct. 7 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.... http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/07/hart-of-dixie-season-3-premiere-title-and-new-characters-revealed.html
